Tell me more about your payment plans?
Any bookings over $1000, we can offer you an easy, interest free payment plan. We just split the full amount in to smaller, affordable amounts and take that amount out of your credit card on the first of every month. For example: Full amount for Christmas Holidays $1503, and you book in April, so you pay $167 per month...easy to budget, and all paid by the 1st of December, just in time to buy the kids Christmas presents!!
Are payment plans only available for Christmas Bookings?
No, any holiday that costs over $1000 we can offer a payment plan. All you need is a credit or debit card.
How can I pay the balance of my booking?
It will be automatically taken out of your credit card as per your authority at the time of booking.
Can I use my parents Big 4 card?
Sorry, no. Your Big4 Membership card is for you and your partner only
Can my partner use my big 4 membership card?
Yes, if you are booking a holiday together!
Do you have a cafe/ restaurant onsite?
Yes! The Full Circle Eatery is now next to reception (Tel: 02 6566 5730). Opening hours vary depending on the time of year but they are generally open every day (except Monday) for breakfast & lunch, and then for dinner also on weekends. They do a great cup of coffee and home-made cakes, along with take-away burgers and fresh fish. Check out their Facebook page here.
What is Check In and Check Out time?
Check in time for all sites and accommodation is 2pm. Check out time is 10am for all sites and accommodation. A late checkout of 2pm can be arranged at 50% of nightly tariff (subject to availability). There are no late checkouts or early check in's in the school holidays, sorry.
Do you have a security gate?
Yes, to ensure the safety of all guests.
I’m going to be late, how do I get my keys / security gate code?
There is a key box safe to the right of reception door; we will put an envelope in there with your name on it with instructions as to how to get your code and keys.
Do you have Internet facilities within the Park?
Yes, NET4 is available for FREE!! 300MB per device per day. Let us know on check in how many devices you have and we will provide you with usernames for each one.
Do you have Kids Club activities?
Yes, in the school holidays.
Do you have things for kids to do?
Where do we start!!!! Shipwreck Island Water Park, massive undercover jumping pillow, 2 playgrounds, tiny town, trampoline, putt putt, ½ court tennis, games room, movie room, go-karts, canoes, playstation, air hockey, pool table....and more!!!! Click here to see some pictures.
Can I bring my boat!
Of course but you may need to book a “pay parking” site to fit it on!
Can the kids ride bikes and scooters in the Park?
Yes! Electric Scooters & Skateboards (or similar type items) are NOT permitted however. They need to wear a helmet at all times – No helmet No ride.
Do you have a pool & is it heated?
Yes, solar heated. Solar heating will only heat the water to the same temperature as the ambient air. Bring the kids wetsuits in the winter!
Do you have a baby / toddler pool?
Yes, and Shipwreck Island has a baby slide in to very shallow water.
Where are the closest shops?
We have a kiosk with basic necessities. Town is less than 5 minutes’ drive and Coles is less than 10 minutes away.
Where are the closest Restaurants?
See above! We have The Full Circle Eatery beside reception which is all you will ever need! Town is less than 5 minutes drive from the park. The country club and Trial Bay kiosk are 2 minutes drive.
Where is the closest boat ramp?
There is a boat ramp into the River located on Entrance Rd. To go out to Sea the above ramp can be used or when open there is another ramp located under the Goal.
Where is the closest beach?
We are just a few minutes’ drive to Main beach, Horseshoe Bay or Trial Bay beach, or a short 12 minute walk through the National park to the pristine Trial Bay Beach which is great for young kids.
Where is the closest Airport?
Port Macquarie Airport is approximately a 1 hour drive South of South West Rocks. Coffs Harbour Airport is approx 1.5hours drive North of South West Rocks.
Do you allow Dogs in the Park?
Yes, on certain sites & ensuite sites 12 & 14 (not in school holidays) let us know when you book, that you are bringing a dog. None of our cabin accommodation is pet friendly, sorry.
Questions about your Cabin Booking
Which of your cabins can I fit a portacot in?
All of them will fit the cot in the living area but if you want it in the bedroom, the Kookaburra Cabins 1-3, and Saltwater Luxury Retreats (19-22 & 27) & it will fit in all 3 bedrooms of the Designer Freshwater Villa (Villa# 28) and in the 3 Cottages it will fit in at least one, if not more, of the bedrooms.
Do the Cabins have TVs and DVD players?
Yes all Cabins have TV’s and most of them have DVD players. The cabins that dont have DVD players have smart TV's so bring your usb flash drive!
Can I rent DVDs?
Yes, we have a number of DVD’s available at reception for all ages
Are the Cabins Air Conditioned/ Heated?
All the cabins have reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating except cabins 16 & 17 (our Banksia Open Plan Studios), these have Ceiling fans and mini fan heaters.
Can I smoke in my cabin or in the Park?
Not in the cabins but there are smoking areas & butt bins on the decks. Not in the camp kitchens or within 10 meters of the kids play areas. You can smoke on your site.
Questions about your Site Booking
Is my friend on the site beside me?
Check out the site number on the confirmation we emailed you, or give us a ring.
How many people can stay on a site?
Maximum number of adults on a site is 6. The cost per site is for 2 people.
How much are extra adults and kids?
For sites: $15 per extra person per night. Per cabin – the cost per night is for the cabin itself.
Do you have accessible facilities?
We have an accessible bathroom in amenity block 1. Please ask at reception for the door code.
Do you have a Family Bathroom?
Yes we have both a family bathroom and a baby’s bathroom. The family bathroom includes a full size bath. Please ask at reception for the door code or key.
Do you allow open fires within the Park?
Yes, all fires must be off the ground and contained in a Brazier or similar container. Fire regulations must be adhered to at all times. We also have a large fire pit available between the months of May to Sept for use by all guests.
What is the parking policy?
The Park has a 1 car per booking policy. Your car needs to fit within the boundary of your powered or ensuite site at all times. This may mean that you need a larger site or a smaller tarp! Email us if you have questions.Some of our Villas (Freshwater, Saltwater, Lagoon) have parking for 2 cars.
Do you have a Camp Kitchen? What does it include?
Yes we have 2 awesome Camp Kitchens:
- The larger one has a full size fridge, sinks, microwave, BBQ’s, hotplate, a toaster and a kettle
- The smaller one has BBQ’s and camp ovens where you can plug your gas bottle in to.
- We also have a BBQ cabana near the new cabins (Cabin 16 & 28) that has a BBQ, prep bench and sink
Do you have plates / cups / utensils in the camp kitchen?
You do need to bring along your own cooking utensils, plates, cutlery etc.
Do you have vending machines?
Yes, these sell chips / chocolate / lollies / cold drinks / coffee.
Do you have BBQ facilities within the Park?
Yes, both electric & wood fire BBQ’s.
I’ve got another car, will that fit on my site? Can I bring a trailer?
Everything you bring with you needs to fit within the boundaries of your site. You can either rent a paid parking spot or can leave the car at the entrance to the park.
Do I need to bring a coaxial Arial with me on an ensuite site?
No, we supply the lead to connect to the arial.
Do you allow guinea pigs / birds / snakes in the park?
Please check with reception - decisions are made at managements descretion.
Can my friends come and visit for a cuppa?
Of course! If your friends have a number of children who are using the facilities in the park, they will have to pay a fee to enter. Due to the large number of guests in the park in the DEC/JAN school holidays there are NO day visitors allowed in the park.
