Tiger Air Discount Terms & Conditions

The Tiger Air offer applies to all bookings that comply with the following terms & conditions:

  • 3 night minimum or as otherwise stated

Caravaning & Camping with Kids Discount Terms & Conditions

Holidays With Kids 10% Discount Terms & Conditions

10% Discount applies to all bookings that comply with the following terms & conditions:

  • New Bookings from 23/10/2017 until 31/08/18
  • Sites, Ensuite Sites & Villa accommodation
  • Minimimun night stays apply in the holidays & over the weekends (these vary depending on the time of year)
  • Special is not availiable between 16/12/17 - 13/01/17 & 29/03/18 - 02/04/18
  • No further discounts apply.
  • Cancellation policy as per normal booking terms & conditions. 

TV Advert 10% Discount Terms & Conditions

10% Discount applies to all bookings that comply with the following terms & conditions:

  • Type the code provided on the TV Advert in the PROMOTIONS CODE box & click the refresh icon to see all options available with the 10% discount applied.
  • New Bookings from 1/9/2017 until 31st May 2018
  • EXCLUDING any bookings from the 29th Dec 2017 until 12th Jan 2018 & Easter Weekend (29th March 2018 - 2nd April 2018)
  • Includes ALL accommodation types, Powered Sites, Ensuite Sites, Cabin, Studio, Sunshine Tent, Villa  & Lodge accommodation
  • Minimimun night stays apply in the holidays & over the weekends (these vary depending on the time of year)

Ngurra Lodge Competition

  • Competition closes at 3pm on Friday 22nd December
  • To be eligible, the following must be completed:
  1. Like our page on Facebook
  2. Share the competition post
  3. Comment with you best holiday memory
  4. Fill out your details on our WIN form (either in the competition tab on Facebook or on our website)
  • 1 person will be randomly drawn at 3.30pm on Friday 22nd December and will be notified by a facebook post & messenger or email that afternoon.
  • Prize is a 3 night stay in a Ngurra Lodge (sleeping up to 6 people) including a bottle of bubbles on arrival.
  • Prize is not redeemable for cash
  • Prize is transferrable to a family or friend.
  • Stay must be completed by 10th of December 2017
  • Stay is subject to availability.

 

GUEST CHECK-IN FORM

 It is a condition of stay that Guests provide valid credit card details which will be held as security for the duration of your stay. The person registering as the Guest shall be liable for any loss or damage and will be deemed responsible for paying all charges associated with this booking and registered day visitors. Credit card details are automatically deleted following your stay.

By signing this form you agree that:

  • Any charge for services to you and any outstanding amounts charged during your stay (including late check out fees); or
  • Any damage/loss to our accommodation or equipment in the Park for which you your guests or day visitors are responsible, not billed at time of departure, may be charged to the credit card. Lost keys will be charged at $50 if not returned.
  • All day visitors must register at reception and pay the day visitor fee.
  • You, your guests and day visitors will abide by the Park Rules printed on the reverse of the Park Map provided to you upon check in & comply with the terms & conditions outlined on your confirmation provided at the time of booking including cancellation and refund conditions.
  • The primary purpose of Shipwreck Island is for children 12 and under. Teenagers and adults need to be mindful of this purpose and be aware that the speed at which they can launch themselves down the slides can be dangerous and it is unacceptable.
  • As a Parent/Guardian I agree to ensure my children and those of my guests and day visitors, obey all rules displayed on signage associated with all play and activity equipment, swimming pool and bike/scooter riding within the Park. I accept responsibility for any misadventure resulting from disregard of these rules.
  • Any photos or video footage taken within the Park which may include myself and/or my children may be used for purposes of publicity & marketing either by print or electronic means. If not I shall inform the photographer at the time.
  • Should the number of guests on a site or in accommodation exceed that declared on your booking reservation we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without refund.
  • Management wishes to advice guests who engage in any recreational activity, on or near the park, that they do so at their own risk.
  • Where an accident has occurred within the park, please advise reception to ensure any relevant paperwork can be completed.

BIG4 Sunshine Terms & Conditions 

Pets: We welcome pets on specific pet friendly powered and ensuite sites within the park. Please note that no pets are allowed during School Holidays, Special Events or Long Weekends. If you are planning a trip with your four legged friend please contact us to ensure your booking is allocated to our pet friendly area. Pets are not allowed in cabin accommodation.

Dimensions of camp sites and ensuite sites:  The specifics of your site booking are quoted within your reservation confirmation - including dimensions. Please ensure all your equipment including your car/boat fits within the site boundaries. "Slab" sites are NOT recommended for Camper Trailers.

Security Deposit: Your Credit Card number will be held on file as a Security deposit for the duration of your stay. Any items requiring replacement or unpaid balances (including late check out fees and hire equipment) will be charged to the card supplied. Upon arrival you will be required to sign a Guest Check-In Form confirming you agree to pay for any charges or services provided and to pay for any damage or loss to facilities, accommodation or equipment for which you and/or your guests are/were responsible. If not billed at the time of your departure BIG4 Sunshine reserves the right to debit you card at a later date once any damage or loss has been rectified. Your Credit Card details will automatically be deleted following your stay.

Check out time is strictly 10am.  Late check outs are subject to availability and must be arranged by contacting reception no later than 4PM on the eve of your departure. Day visitor rates and conditions apply. Please note that BIG4 Sunshine reserves the right to debit the credit card of any guest not abiding by the 10am check out policy (as per our terms and conditions)

Bunk Beds: Work Law Health & Safety regulations state that operators must comply with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 4220:2003. "Children under the age of 9 years are not permitted to use the top bunk" & "children must not play on top bunk". Please take this into consideration when making your booking.

Complimentary Supplies in Cabins: A complimentary starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo and soap are provided in your accommodation. Please note these are not serviced apartments therefore supplies are not restocked during your stay.

Reservation Cancellation Terms & Conditions

Cancellations within 24 hours of booking: Full refund   

 NO SHOWS: Full payment will be charged for the booking

Cancellations providing more than 30 days notice prior to arrival date: $50 Administration Fee & balance refunded.

Cancellations less than 30 days notice prior to arrival date: $50 Administration Fee & balance held in Credit for 6 months at Big 4 Sunshine South West Rocks. Credit may be used for new bookings on any date in the Credit is transferrable to another guest reservation. Reservation dates on new bookings can fall outside the 6 month period. If not redeemed within 6 months, the credit will be forfeited in it's entirety.

$30 Site Specials: No refunds on cancellations; however dates may be changed if available within the Specials range.

Cancellations - NSW School Holidays, Long Weekend & Special Event Reservations

More than 60 days notice prior to arrival date: total payments received, less a $50 Administration Fee will be refunded to your Credit Card.

Less than 60 days notice prior to arrival date: total payments received, less a $50 Administration Fee will be held in Credit, to be used at Big 4 Sunshine South West Rocks within 6 months of the cancellation date. This credit is transferrable to another guest reservation, but if not redeemed within 6 months will be forfeited in it's entirety.

Reservation Amendments

All amendments to dates and accommodation type are subject to availability and will be at the tariff rate applicable to the new dates. If an alteration to your reservation does not require a refund, no Amendment Fee will be applicable.

More than 30 days notice of change prior to arrival date: If the alteration to your reservation results in a refund - a $25 Amendment Fee is payable.

Less than 30 days notice of change prior to arrival date: If the alteration to your reservation results in a refund, the amendment will be treated as a cancellation and therefore the balance will be held in Credit, to be used within 6 months of the alteration date. This credit is transferrable to another guest reservation, but if not redeemed within 6 months will be forfeited in its entirety.

Early departure: Tariffs are not refundable or transferable if your stay is cut short for any reason, including bad weather.

Amendment of dates: Your request will be accommodated subject to availability. Please note the Amendments Terms above.
